 PRINCIPAL AUDITION RESULTS

The following is the cast list for “Anything Goes”.    The Selection and Executive Committees would like to thank all who auditioned for Principal parts.   The standard of auditions was very high and it was wonderful to see so many entering for a part and also to see the influx of new members.   We are fortunate in being able to appoint a very strong cast, supported by a strong chorus.   We also have a very professional Production Team and if recent rehearsals are anything to go by we can look forward to having a host of enjoyable and productive rehearsals – ultimately resulting in a happy and successful show.

At the Society’s General Meeting held on Monday 30^th January, which had a very positive turnout including a healthy proportion of playing members, it was unanimously agreed that Anything Goes! would be our production for 2012.

Options are being kept open as to the Gaiety being re-opened and available for our venue, but in the meantime the Town Hall has been booked for week ending Saturday 3rd November.   This is two weeks earlier than our normal time, so make sure you put it in your diary!!

We are delighted to confirm that our Production Team for 2012 will once again be the very successful team of Artistic Directors Andrew Nicol and Linda Ormiston in conjunction with Choreographer Gwyneth Grant.

Our rehearsal venue is Kingcase Primary School.
